Here’s a video I made about how disorienting rapid personal growth can be even when it’s super positive and cool and everything you asked for.

This is a pretty vulnerable share but I wanted to catch this moment of awkwardness because I get the feeling it’s not something we talk about much. Accelerated expansion is a great intention, AND it is also super weird at times – and that’s fine as long as you can just breathe and ride the wave.
